Once I have generated a scorecard, what can I do with it?From a generated scorecard (previously referred to as a worksheet), you can review the records that contribute to a line item, recalculate the scorecard numbers (after making record edits), print the scorecard, or, if it's a system-defined scorecard, learn exactly how the scorecard is generated. Reviewing the Records that Contribute to a Line ItemYou can click any line item total in the scorecard output to display a summarized view of all records whose values contributed to that total, as shown in the next graphic.
Recalculating the ScorecardIf you edit any of the record that contribute to a scorecard while it's open, you can click the Recalculate button to recalculate your totals so that your edits are reflected in the scorecard output. Printing the ScorecardWhen you are satisfied with your scorecard output, you can display it in a format suitable for printing by clicking the Printable Version button that displays at the top of the report output window. Then, use your browser's print feature (right-click within the scorecard) to print your output to a local or network printer. To return to the default scorecard output view from the printable view, simply click the scorecard title. Understanding the ScorecardAll system-defined scorecards have detailed help files associated with them that discuss exactly how the line items are calculated. To access one of these help files, click the Understanding This Report button. |
