As you know, for the past year we have been working to create a more cohesive marketing image for our WebCATS and eCenter products in order to better serve our SBDC, WBC and PTAC clients as well as expand our market. Recently we created the new www.outreachsystems.com Web site with easy access to many resources including our tutorials, FAQs, and our newsletter which contains updated information about the latest WebCATS releases. The formation of the new corporation is one more step in making Outreach Systems stronger and more recognizable in the market place.
The changes in legal structure do not affect any real changes in service or operations. You will still be able to reach the same great staff at the same phone numbers and mailing address as before. However, Softshare has assigned and transferred all rights, title and interest in the WebCATS community to OutreachSystems.com. All invoices issued prior to July 1, 2009 should be paid in full to Softshare.
In fact, we hope to continue to exceed your expectations in our quality of service and products. Later in this newsletter, you will discover the many changes we have planned for the next generation of WebCATS and eCenter products. We hope you will join us at the fall conferences for a sneak preview of these enhancements.
