Softshare is on a mission: to wipe out bid match regenerations—or at least get them on the endangered species list. How are we going to accomplish this? With mybidmatch.com!
A bid match regeneration is a process in which Softshare regenerates a client's bid match output for a particular day or number of days. Many of you have requested regenerations for clients who ignored their bid match e-mails or didn't receive them for one reason or another.
Unveiled earlier this year, the mybidmatch.com Web delivery method directs your clients' bid output to a Web site (you must indicate this delivery method from the client's client record in WebCATS or WinCATS). At each client's personal mybidmatch.com URL, we're now storing 30 days worth of output. With thirty days of output at your clients' fingertips, it's unlikely they'll need bid match regenerations because most bids published more than 30 days ago have probably run out of lead time.
In addition, mybidmatch.com provides you, the center, with a master view of all bid match output being posted to mybidmatch.com. From this master view, not only can you see the actual bid articles your clients receive, you can also see when, if at all, daily bid match postings are being read by your clients. This allows you to monitor your clients' viewing of their bid match files and, if you notice that a client is not accessing their mybidmatch.com URL, proactively contact them. These great features, along with the fact that mybidmatch.com access doesn't rely on successful e-mail delivery, make mybidmatch.com the best bid match delivery method for all your clients.
To help the extinction along, Softshare, beginning January 1, 2006, will charge $25 per bid match regeneration request. So if you have any "problem" clients, convert them over to mybidmatch.com today!
