Currently, Softshare has 103 minutes, spread out over seven tutorials, of in-depth Softshare ‘CATS material for you to enjoy. Great for brushing up on your WebCATS know-how or as training materials for new counselors, these tutorials cover a wide range of topics:
General WebCATS Overview (16 mins)
Learn how to navigate WebCATS with ease. In this tutorial, you’ll gain insight into MyWebCATS, report and subset management, and other interface behaviors that can be found throughout the application. If you’re new to WebCATS, this is a great place to start your training!
Creating & Working with Client Records (15 mins)
Client records are the cornerstone of your ‘CATS operations. In this tutorial, we’ll review WebCATS’ features for finding and viewing client records, highlight a couple of noteworthy capabilities that client records possess, and last, but not least, create a client record using the Client Merlin.
Creating & Working with Counseling Session Records (15 mins)
