Profile Search Results Help File for Clients

Everything you ever wanted to know about Softshare’s bid match results—and more. That’s what you’ll find in the great new help file that Softshare just posted called “Profile Search Results Help.”

Located at www.catseasily.com/resources/help/profiles/, this document will help you and your clients interpret search results, identify the originating data sources, and respond to the various bid opportunities.

I strongly recommend that you e-mail me your request to have the URL of this help file added to your center’s header message. Your header message is what your clients see at the beginning of every search results e-mail. This will allow your clients easy access to this help file should they have any questions about their search results. An example of how a header message could incorporate this URL is as follows:
