In addition to being a great way for you and your clients to access the bid opportunities generated by Softshare, mybidmatch.com has proven to be very enlightening when it comes to determining who's reading their bid matches and who isn't. It turns out that a very high percentage of mybidmatch.com clients (45% last time we checked) are not reading their bids. When Softshare discovered this, we immediately implemented a monthly inactivity report to help you track down and follow up with inactive mybidmatch.com clients, as discussed in our March 2006 newsletter.
And recently, we added another mybidmatch.com feature to assist with this effort: the ability to sort your master index page by last access date. This sort order
lets you quickly identify clients who haven't recently accessed their online bid match files. But it's not just the last access date column that's been enhanced. All the columns are now sortable, in descending or ascending order. Simply click the column title to apply the sort order. Click it again to reverse the order.
