More Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Are Posted

Last November, we announced the addition of FAQs to the Softshare WebCATS Online Help file. Since then, we’ve written and posted answers to the following frequently asked questions.

Reporting & Subsetting

• How do I find all clients that were active on the Bid Match program at some point during the year?
• How can I list out all conferences that were held during a certain period of time, along with the conferences' attendees?
• Can I find all the contacts from a particular county that attended training?
• My reports/mailing labels aren't being correctly formatted during printing. How can I fix this?

Sending E-Mail

General Viewing, Creating, Editing, and Deleting of Records
