Link to the Profile Search Results Help file From Your Bid Match E-Mails

If your clients frequently have questions regarding their bid match results, consider proactively answering those questions by incorporating a link to Softshare's Profile Search Results Help file in the header messages of your bid match e-mails.

Located at www.catseasily.com/resources/help/profiles, this document will help you and your clients interpret search results, identify the originating data sources, and respond to the various bid opportunities. If you would like this URL added to your center's header message, e-mail Softshare your request. Your header message is what your clients see at the beginning of every search results e-mail.
