I have a little time-saving tip for you this holiday season. If you change the e-mail address of a profile’s output in WebCATS, don’t take the time to e-mail us with the change. You’ll save yourself (and me) a couple of seconds because WebCATS notifies the network automatically, assuming you’re changing the e-mail address under the Bid Match Options area of the client record. As described in this FAQ, the e-mail address is changed on our end within an hour of you making the change in WebCATS, even though the update may not be reflected in WebCATS for up to one day.
