Introducing Webmail Bid Match Format (mybidmatch.com)

Santa has a bid match present for all of you. It won't arrive in time for Christmas, but expect it in late January. What is it? A brand new bid match delivery format called webmail (i.e. option webmail) that directs a client's bid match output to a directory on our system. This new webmail option gives you yet another weapon in your perpetual fight against ISP spam filters.

When the webmail option is in place, the client receives an e-mail that instructs them to visit a URL where their bid matches are being stored. Bid matches for any given day are purged after 14 days, giving your clients plenty of time to download and save them if they wish to do so.

Below is the text a client would receive with the option webmail format:

Dear Valued Customer,
There are 11 new leads available for viewing online at
Softshare Search for December 13, 2004. These bid opportunities will remain on the system for 14 days, after which time they will be purged. If you wish to save these bid leads please select File|Save As from your browser's menu.

Centers will also be able to see the bid matches their clients are receiving via this option by accessing a directory on Softshare's system.

Option webmail is not available yet, but we'll be sure to let you know when it is and provide additional details at that time. Of course, that's assuming that you've been good this year!
