Introducing eCenter Direct™

Never manually enter a new client record into your Softshare ‘CATS database again! In early April, Softshare will release eCenter Direct, a Web interface that lets prospective clients request counseling online and lets anyone, client or not, register for training events online.

Online Counseling Requests

Prospective clients can fill in a counseling request form right from eCenter Direct. When they do, they’re taken to a new client form that requires the same information that Softshare 'CATS does. The client information collected by this form is then uploaded to your database, where it awaits your review and acceptance.

Online Training Event Registrations

From eCenter Direct, anyone can browse or register for your upcoming training events. The events listed here—and their details—are pulled directly from the conference records in your ‘CATS database. You decide which training events get published by activating the eCenter option from within a conference record. When someone registers for a training event, their contact information, upon your approval, is added to the conference’s attendee list.
