Editing this field causes a change notification message, addressed to cats-mgr@softshare.com, to be generated. Immediately upon its arrival, a change notification message is automatically processed by Softshare's system. There's nothing else you need to do!
Don't worry if your e-mail edit is not immediately reflected in the profile that displays in the client record. It could take up to 24 hours for the client's profile display to reflect the e-mail address edit. Just know that if you make an e-mail address edit, Softshare is automatically notified—you don't need to follow up with a manual e-mail or profile update.
