It's been a year since Softshare released eCenter Direct, the add-on Softshare 'CATS component that lets clients and prospective clients of your center request counseling services, register for training events, and complete surveys online. Since then, 18 programs have implemented eCenter.
If your center hasn't yet implemented eCenter, we invite you to take another look. Over the last year, Softshare has steadily enhanced eCenter's core feature set. The biggest feature enhancement, made last fall, was the addition of online surveys.
Beginning with version 1.1, eCenter greatly simplifies the distribution and collection of satisfaction surveys. You can post a survey to the clients-only area of eCenter, then send a mass e-mail to your clients asking them to log into eCenter and take the survey, and sit back while the survey results come in. When a client completes an eCenter survey, a new survey record is instantly created in the Softshare ‘CATS database.
In addition, you can enhance eCenter’s survey feature with several options that are available from WinCATS’ global configuration settings. These options, when enabled, prompt clients to provide updated employee numbers, award data, and/or loan data, as shown in this graphic
. The information collected as a result of these prompts is directly integrated into the Softshare ‘CATS database as milestone, award, or investment records.
Note: Coming with the next build of eCenter, due out in early July, you'll be able to post different surveys for different centers!
Less data entry work for you, increased visibility for your center’s training events, better client tracking, and well-informed clients. You can’t go wrong with eCenter!
