E-Mail Address and Phone Numbers Required in Counselor Records

The next release of WebCATS, due out in early April, will make the e-mail address and phone number fields in counselor records mandatory. This means that you will not be able to create a new counselor record without filling these fields in, nor will you be able to save edits to an existing counselor record until these fields are filled in.

To get ready for this new requirement, there’s no time like the present to start going through your database’s counselor records to make sure all contact information is accurate and complete. While you’re at it, delete any obsolete counselor records.
