PTAC Clients:
If you're a PTAC client, you should be receiving e-mail notifications from your center on a regular basis that reference the unique URL of your mybidmatch.com page. If you are not seeing these e-mails, please contact your center. They will provide you with your mybidmatch.com URL (we recommend that you bookmark it for future access) as well as help determine why you are not receiving the bid match notification e-mails.

If you're a PTAC, you can access the URL of your center's master mybidmatch.com page from your center record in WebCATS (center records are opened by clicking the center name anywhere it is found within the WebCATS interface). At the bottom of every center record, the Master Index URL for mybidmatch.com field displays your center's mybidmatch.com URL as a hyperlink. We recommend that you bookmark your mybidmatch.com URL for easier access in the future.
